Nike “My Better”, Vol. 2

This is the latest addition to the “My better is better than your better” series, and from the inside rumors I hear there will be more to come…

I talked about this in a previous post on my MyStrands Journal that surprisingly got a lot of attention, and I want to reiterate how much I LOVE Nike’s newest marketing campaign for their SPARQ training equipment. Nike has always had some of the freshest advertising and marketing campaigns, but I think this is one of the best I have seen… of course, most of the credit is likely due to the great work of Wieden + Kennedy

Q: Nike – when you’ve got something this fresh, why would you change?

I think it’s safe to assume we will see a Women Are Better commercial coming out shortly

eye catching advertising

common items/activities between commercials…. have you seen this? I just saw it for the first time: burger king and degree.

first was degree: it was an alien scene with a floating bed. there was a guy laying on the bed talking to someone standing next to him. and then again with burger king there was the floating bed… but this time the guy was talking to the king himself!

i think this is the first time I have haver seen something like this in commercials, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we started to see it more often.

I tried to find the videos on youtube or on their respective websites but didn’t have any luck.
